Position: CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer and client relationships
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, quotations, and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM records and customer databases
- Coordinate with the Sales, Proposal, and Project teams
- Track sales follow-ups and customer interactions
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure timely communication with clients

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer coordination, sales support, or administration
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
- Solid organizational and coordination skills

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Pune
