Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Provide L2/L3 support for FCC, EPBCS, PCM, ARCS
- Support financial close cycles
- Troubleshoot data load failures, mapping issues, validation errors
- Handle Smart View and access issues
- Support integrations and automation (EPM Automate, batch jobs)
- Perform regression testing and patch support
- Raise and track Oracle SRs
Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.
- Functional: FCC, Planning, ARCS, PCM
- Technical: Data Management, Data Exchange, integrations, EPM Automate
- Support: Incident management, troubleshooting, close-cycle support
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Experience in integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
- Familiarity with database management and data flow within enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
