2. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively between customers and the production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely communication.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the Time and Action (TNA) plan to monitor all order milestones and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure production activities are completed as per the agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate order records, reports, and merchandising documentation.
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers while ensuring prompt resolution of order-related queries and supporting continuous process improvement.
