Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage nursing staff effectively. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, patient safety, and smooth departmental functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff

Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols

Monitor patient care standards, safety measures, and infection control practices

Manage duty rosters, staff allocation, and shift planning

Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements

Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other departments for smooth operations

Handle emergency situations and provide leadership during critical cases

Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper utilization





Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (Post Basic preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nursing Incharge (mandatory)

Valid nursing registration with State Nursing Council

Skills Required:

Robust leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Good knowledge of hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety

Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in multi-speciality hospital settings

Knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS)

Exposure to accreditation processes (NABH/JCI)

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

TIMING: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM AND 11:00 PM-8:00 AM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
