We’re hiring an Executive Operations Associate to work closely with me.

This is one of the most important hires for us right now.

Not because of the title.

But because this role will sit at the center of everything.

As the brand grows, so does the complexity.

More people. More projects. More moving parts.

We need someone who can bring structure and make sure execution actually happens.

What you’ll do:

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

- Manage meetings, reminders, priorities

- Ensure I am prepared for everything

2. Communication & Coordination

- Handle emails, messages, follow-ups

- Act as a bridge between me and teams

3. Execution & Task Tracking

- Track ongoing work across teams

- Ensure things get done on time

4. Team Coordination





- Ensure teams are aligned on goals and timelines

- Keep communication clear and flowing

5. Timeline & Goal Tracking

- Track deadlines across projects

- Ensure deliverables are completed on time

6. Event Management

- Handle end-to-end execution of events

- Coordinate with venues, vendors, experts

7. Reporting

- Create weekly and monthly reports

- Track progress, outcomes, and gaps

8. Backend Systems & Financial Coordination

- Manage tools like Calendly, Mailchimp

- Work with accounts team on payments and tracking

What I’m looking for:

- 2–3 years of experience in operations, executive support, or coordination roles

- High ownership mindset

- Robust attention to detail

- Ability to stay calm under pressure

- Strong organizational ability

- Good communication

- Someone who solves, not escalates

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
