Job Description

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to high‑level solution design.
- Take full technical ownership of assigned features or modules from inception to deployment.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.




- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend or implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct peer code reviews and identify potential pitfalls, loopholes, and improvement areas in codebases.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.
- Participate in production issue analysis and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the tech stack and development practices.
- Write clean, productive, and maintainable code; perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior developers; provide constructive feedback through code and design reviews.
