We are currently seeking a well-suited individual residing locally for the position of Accountant. This role involves performing daily accounting tasks to provide essential support to our financial team within the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Preparing statutory accounts using Tally software.
- Maintain &, Co-ordinate and communicates with the auditors.
- Finalising the accounts at the year end.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests to complete company objectives.
- Bank and customer’s transaction account reconciliation.




- Book keeping procedures to be followed and recording the same.
- Liaising with third party vendors, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

REQUIREMENT:

- Holding appropriate Degree in Accounts field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experiencein Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally package& MS Office.
- Adaptability and ability to analyse large amounts of data.
- Suggest process improvements and support to achieve the company objectives.
