Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales / Tele calling Executive responsible for handling client calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting our real estate projects, and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and explain project details.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Coordinate and line up site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Maintain daily call and inquiry records.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Navi Mumbai locations is mandatory.
- Minimum HSC / Graduate.
- Prior experience in tele calling or real estate pre-sales will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
