- He should guide & handle team under him with business development strategies & Improve sales.

- He should have minimum of 3-15 years of experience in Lighting industry.

- He should be aware of all marketing strategies & competitors in this field of work.

- Positive team handling skills, knowing Competitors products & sharing ideas to improve our products.

- Driving and maximizing revenues through new business development, up-selling of services to new and existing clients
