Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.

* Prepare site measurements, progress reports, and daily work updates.

* Monitor material usage and ensure proper quality control at the site.

* Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction best practices.

* Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and timely completion of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 3–7 years of experience in site execution and supervision.





* Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read technical drawings.

* Experience in contractor coordination, site measurements, billing support, and reporting.

* Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and quality standards.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in *Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality Projects, Residential or Commercial Building Projects* will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
