Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have the ability to manage a small team while supporting sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head on business development initiatives.
- Manage and guide a team of 4 team members.
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.




- Support management in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer handling and telecalling abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
