Experience: 5–15 years in dairy manufacturing (cheese, yogurt, ice-cream preferred)

Role Summary

The Production Manager/Incharge is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring consistent product quality, hygiene compliance, manpower supervision, and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production as per demand and product specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP, CIP/SIP).
- Oversee operations of dairy equipment (pasteurizer, cheese vats, fermenters, homogenizers, filling lines).
- Maintain accurate production records, batch traceability, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI/ISO/BRC).
- Hire, train and supervise production helpers, operators and line staff.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on dairy processing experience (mandatory).
- Robust leadership and manpower management capability.
- Knowledge of SOPs, food safety systems, quality control and plant hygiene.
