Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in B2B industrial sales.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and acquire new customers in industrial markets. Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.

- Explore new market segments and business opportunities.

- Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements. Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Sales Operations Prepare quotations in coordination with internal departments. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC,



Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution. Monitor order status until successful delivery. Market Development Study market trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for new product development.

Required Skills

- Robust B2B Industrial Sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Business development and lead generation Market analysis and competitor analysis Commercial and pricing knowledge Sales forecasting MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint ERP/CRM knowledge preferred

Preferred Candidate

- Profile Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing

- Strong customer network in manufacturing industries. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
