IITGJobs.co.in Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Executive to join our growing team in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Position: HR Operations

Eligibility: Only Women Candidates

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on experience and role fit)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle.

✅ Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.

✅ Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.

✅ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).

✅ Implement HR policies, SOPs, and support audits.

✅ Handle employee queries and grievance management.

Required Skills

✔ Solid knowledge of HR Operations and statutory compliance.

✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

✔ High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
