Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling

- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, perks, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales terms within company guidelines.
- Convert inquiries into vehicle sales.

Lead Management

- Follow up with customer inquiries received through showroom visits, phone calls, websites, and digital platforms.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.

Documentation & Delivery

- Complete all sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Explain vehicle operation and features during delivery.





Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.

Target Achievement

- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Achieve targets for accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warranty sales.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

- Min 12th Pass
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales.
- Valid Driving Lincence

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
