Job Opening: Computer Operator (Full-Time)

Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Experience Required: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems

- Prepare and manage invoices, billing, and purchase/sales entries
- Maintain daily accounting records and data entries
- Generate reports using MS Excel and other office software
- Handle email correspondence and office documentation
- Maintain digital and physical records, files, and documents
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledger records
- Assist in inventory, purchase, and sales data management
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and accounting work
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure accurate record keeping

Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Good typing speed with high accuracy




- Basic knowledge of computer operations and file management
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of internet usage, email handling, and online portals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field

- 0–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant
- Knowledge of GST billing and basic taxation
- Experience with ERP software and office management tools
- Familiarity with inventory management and reporting
- Experience in the sanitaryware, retail, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
