- Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students through examinations, projects, and presentations.
- Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends.
- Mentor students for internships, placements, dissertations, and live projects.
- Publish research papers and participate in FDPs, workshops, and conferences.
- Build industry collaborations for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in a relevant specialization.
- Ph.D. preferred or pursuing Ph.D. is an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
- Prior MBA/PG teaching experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Solid subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with case-based and experiential teaching methods.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
