Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Perform outpatient consultations and clinical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries as per clinical expertise and hospital protocols.
- Manage both acute and chronic ENT conditions.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiology, endoscopy, and imaging reports.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding treatment options and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives,



and continuing medical education activities.

Qualifications

- MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
- Relevant clinical experience in ENT practice is preferred.
- Robust diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Skills

- Expertise in endoscopic ENT procedures.
- Experience managing both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
- Strong interpersonal and patient counseling skills.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,991.49 - ₹60,000.00 per month
