An Plywood Account Billing Executive manages the financial lifecycle of sales and services. They generate invoices, track incoming and outgoing payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies. Their ultimate goal is to optimize cash flow and ensure financial accuracy while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoicing: Generate, verify, and dispatch accurate sales and service invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and process incoming payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing errors, coordinate with internal teams, and quickly resolve customer complaints.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare periodic financial statements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and comply with statutory tax and e-invoicing requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), or Business Administration.
- Technical Proficiencies: Strong working knowledge of accounting software like Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional communication for customer interaction.

Pay: ₹15,672.59 - ₹25,616.93 per month
