Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in our laminate manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and continuous process improvement while effectively utilizing CRM/ERP systems for operational excellence, reporting, and decision-making. The candidate should possess solid leadership skills, technical manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP/CRM software to streamline factory operations and improve productivity.

Required Qualifications:

Education

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial,



Chemical Engineering)
- MBA Operations will be added advantage
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Laminate manufacturing unit
