About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing professional business proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements through meetings and discussions.
- Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with the UI/UX, development, and project management teams for accurate project estimations.
- Create presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain CRM records and client databases.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing project timelines, budgets, and scope documents.
- Support management with business analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance,



or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with proposal writing or business documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of software development, UI/UX, or digital product services is a plus.
