Job Description – Interior Architect

Position: Interior Designer
Department: Interior Design
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch / B.Des (Interior Design) / Bachelor's in Interior Architecture/Diploma
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare creative interior design concepts and space planning.
- Develop detailed interior drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, project engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.




- Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed within quality standards and timelines.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Knowledge of interior materials and construction methods.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
