We are searching for a detail-orientated service Coordinator to join our growing company. SC will be responsible for working with team and customer for Quoatation follow up and basic accounting work to support the CA and GST as per standard procedures

This position will be located in Thane/Mumbai region

Role Requirements:

Prepare the Quotation in Online cloud based software application, Excel/Word, CRM, Tally

Keep track of Inventory and movement

Coordinate with vendors and scheduling the installations.

Ensure that all the PMs are assigned to engineers and done by engineers in time.

Daily tracking of complaint calls, PM calls and installations. Collection of reports & evaluation of engineers productivity thru Synergy

Keeping track of all payments and expenditure, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, Cash Expenses etc.

Utilize Accounting software as Tally to record financial transactions,



including invoices, expenses, and payments.

Maintain Accounting Ledgers & Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.

Generating invoices, Purchase Orders and assist audit activities, GST and TDS filing.

Balance payments and Outstandings follow up

Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Should be graduate in any field having a experience in the field of analytical instruments

If you have experience in working in life science, healthcare industry will be added advantage
