Job Summary

Innvectra is seeking an experienced QA Engineer with around 6 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Homer Software, extensive experience in manual testing, and excellent communication skills. Exposure to test automation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end manual testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Validate software functionality, usability, performance, and overall quality against business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Business teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, and quality metrics.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, release validation, and user acceptance support.
- Recommend and implement QA process improvements and best practices.
- Support automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Around 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Homer Software.




- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and QA best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible work schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Test Automation and Automation Frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
