Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & Execute Campaigns – Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- SEO & PPC Management – Optimize website content, manage PPC campaigns, and track keyword performance.
- Social Media Advertising – Create and monitor paid social media campaigns for engagement and conversions.
- Email & CRM Marketing – Develop email marketing strategies, manage automation workflows, and track open/click-through rates.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing – Implement strategies to attract, capture, and convert leads into customers.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
- A/B Testing & Optimization – Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve performance.




- Competitor & Industry Analysis – Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and suggest improvements.
- Content Strategy Support – Collaborate with content creators for engaging ad creatives, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Budget Allocation & ROI Analysis – Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Experience with CRM & automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Google Ads / Meta (Facebook) Certified Professional.
- Experience with video marketing and YouTube ads.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
