HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations Focus

Location: Fort, Mumbai
Experience: 1–4 years
Salary: Up to ₹3,50,000 per annum
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR

Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, closure)
- Handle onboarding & induction process for new joiners
- Maintain employee records, documentation & HR MIS
- Drive employee engagement activities & initiatives
- Support payroll coordination & attendance tracking
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations & policies

Required Skills

- Robust experience in recruitment & candidate coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance & HR processes
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Proactive, organized,



and detail-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
- Prior experience in HR generalist role is an advantage
