Job Description:
IosAndWeb Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Fresher HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams during the hiring process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle and maintain social media accounts of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Canva or other design softwares.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or certification in HR
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR tools
- Basic understanding of labor laws
