Job Details:

Role: Lead React + Java Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Whitefield, Bangalore (Onsite)Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year)Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month (10% TDS applicable)Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js (Frontend) and Java (Backend).
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and project timelines.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshoot application issues.




- Continuously improve development processes by adopting the latest technologies and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- React.js
- Java
- Spring Framework
- Hibernate
- RESTful APIs & Microservices
- Git
- Database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Proven experience leading software development teams

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related Computer Science discipline.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
