- Organizational Abilities: Strong administrative skills are required to manage schedules, record-keeping, maintenance, and daily operations.
- Safety & Security Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and vigilance in maintaining a secure workplace is critical.
- Patience & Calmness: The ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and patiently is essential.
