Job Description / KPI :Key Responsibilities:
1. User Rights Management
o Configure and manage Farvision user rights and access permissions.
o Provide role-based access to different departments as per management approval.
o Monitor and update user rights to maintain data security and operational efficiency.
2. Approval Workflow Management
o Set up and maintain Farvision approval rights and business rules.
o Configure approval hierarchies for modules such as Indent, Purchase Order, Payment, and Sales
processes.
o Ensure approvals follow the defined organizational workflow.
3. ERP Module Support
o Provide operational support for all major Farvision modules including:
 Sales & Customer Care
 Finance
 Engineering
 Material
o Assist users in resolving ERP-related issues and guide them in proper system usage.

System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
o Identify ERP bugs or system issues and coordinate with the Farvision support team for resolution.
5. Data Accuracy & Reporting
o Monitor data entries across modules to ensure accuracy and compliance with business processes.
o Generate ERP reports for management and assist departments in report extraction.
6. Process Improvement
o Suggest improvements in ERP workflows to increase operational efficiency.
o Support implementation of recent modules, patches, or updates.
Farvision experience is mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
