Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Job Summary:

A Junior HR Executive supports the Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities while ensuring smooth HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee data.
- Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and labour law documentation.
- Prepare HR-related letters, including appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Maintain confidential employee information and HR documents.





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience are welcome.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Knowledge:

- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Attendance and leave management.
- Payroll support.
- PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- HR documentation and employee record management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
