As a Lead AI Engineer, you will own solution delivery end‑to‑end, guide teams, and translate business use cases into scalable GenAI products. This role blends hands‑on development + technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of AI/GenAI applications
- Own architecture and performance of GenAI systems
- Design advanced agentic workflows, tool orchestration, and RAG systems
- Review GenAI application architecture, prompts, and code
- Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Work with stakeholders to convert ideas into scalable AI solutions
- Drive best practices for LLMOps, observability, reliability
Required Skills
- 7+ years experience in application engineering / AI engineering
- Strong hands-on experience building production GenAI systems
- Deep knowledge of:
- LLM system design
- Prompt engineering & evaluation
- RAG at scale
