Job Description – ERP Executive / ERP Functional Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for the ERP system to ensure effective utilization across all departments.
- Resolve daily ERP-related user issues and queries while maintaining defined service levels.
- Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and collaborate with development teams and ERP vendors to implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and maintain biometric attendance systems for employees and workers, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manual testing for new ERP features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from various departments to support ERP implementation and management reporting.
- Monitor and coordinate ERP operations across all seven business units, ensuring system stability and consistent process adoption.




- Liaise with the Odoo ERP vendor for issue resolution, system upgrades, customization requests, technical support, and implementation of new functionalities.
- Monitor ERP performance, system security, reports, and operational efficiency while recommending continuous improvements.
- Prepare and generate MIS reports using SQL Server and other raw data sources to support business analysis and management decision-making.
- Establish task priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure timely execution of ERP-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system usability by recommending and implementing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
- Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and smooth day-to-day ERP operations across the organization.
- Demonstrate robust analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills while working with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
