Role Overview

Transparent Overseas is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in Tally, and have experience in GST compliance and financial record management. Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns and maintain GST records.
- Generate invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain cash, ledger, and expense records.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when required.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally, GST Filing, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of TDS, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Firozabad.
