Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong salary negotiation and candidate handling skills.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining recruitment data and reports.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
