Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily attendance, biometric records, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime details.
- Monitor employee attendance, gate passes, shift changes, and resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports and provide accurate payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Handle contract labour attendance, deployment, documentation, and coordination with contractors.
- Maintain contractor records, statutory documents, and labour compliance-related documentation.
- Support payroll activities including attendance reconciliation, leave updates, and salary input preparation.
- Assist in ESIC-related activities including employee registration, IP declaration, medical claim documentation, and accident reporting.
- Support onboarding documentation, employee records,



and other HR operational activities.
- Handle any other assignments assigned by the HOD/Management.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of attendance management, payroll inputs, and time office functions.
- Basic knowledge of ESIC, PF, Contract Labour Compliance, and labour laws.
- Experience with Spine HRMS/ERP or any Payroll Software will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

No transport or conveyance facility will be provided.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
