We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to build client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

- Advise customers on products and services based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve individual sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Advisor, Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, or related role.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
