Role Overview

The AI Artist is responsible for executing high-quality visual asset generation by utilizing the WillStar Films AI Production Pipeline to meet production deadlines. This role focuses on the precise use of generative AI tools to transform visual design and shot list documents into compelling, high-quality images and motion shots for feature films and web series.

Work Setup

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: On-site (Office-based)
- Scope: Long-Form Feature Films (30–100 min) & Web Series

Key Responsibilities

- Asset Creation: Generate characters, props, locations, costumes, and still images using Nano Banana Pro/2 based strictly on approved visual design bibles and image shot list documents.
- Video Generation: Execute video production prompts through Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 to create high-quality, cinematic motion shots for the editing team using approved still reference images.
- Quality Assurance (Level-1 QC): Perform the first tier of the Level-1 QC process, ensuring all generated images and clips meet internal visual and technical quality standards before submitting them to the AI Artist Lead.
- Prompt Refinement: Collaborate with the AI Artist Lead to iterate on prompt structures for complex, multi-subject, or high-motion scenes to maintain character and environmental consistency across takes.
- Workflow Compliance: Follow strictly to the WillStar Films - AI Production Pipeline guidelines to ensure all assets are correctly logged, formatted, and ready for the upscale and assembly phases.





Key Qualifications

- AI Image Generation Mastery: Deep hands-on experience driving advanced image generators (Nano Banana Pro/2, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar) with precise control over style, lighting, character consistency, and composition.
- AI Video Generation Expertise: Proven experience operating AI video generation tools (Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Runway, or Sora) to produce smooth camera moves, realistic motion, and natural physics.
- Visual Storytelling & Framing: Solid understanding of cinematic visual language—camera angles, focal lengths, lighting setups, color palettes, and shot continuity.
- Prompt Engineering Proficiency: Ability to construct, debug, and optimize complex text and image-to-image/video prompts to minimize visual hallucinations and artifacts.
- Bilingual Understanding: Ability to comprehend scripts, visual descriptions, and directorial notes in both Hindi and English.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience working on narrative short films, feature films, or web series.
- Basic knowledge of image retouching/editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom) for fast cleanup before feed-in.
- General understanding of how the downstream editing process works in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
