We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, vendor accounting, GST reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should be comfortable working with MS Excel and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Process and book vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification, payment status, and account-related queries.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Record purchase and expense entries in the accounting system.
- Assist in TDS-related activities and ensure basic compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage.
