We are hiring a sharp, creative Video Editor at Mocaup who understands the visual language of high-converting brand ads and engaging UGC-style video content.

If you know how to turn raw footage into thumb-stopping ads, understand hook strategy, energetic pacing, and platform trends (Reels/Shorts/TikTok), we want to see your work.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Ads & Direct-Response Video: Edit short-form ad creatives optimized for conversion across paid social channels.
- UGC Content Editing: Structure UGC clips with fast hooks, captions, jump cuts, and sound design that feels authentic yet persuasive.
- Visual Storytelling & Pacing: Use motion graphics, text overlays, kinetic typography, and transitions to maintain viewer retention.
- Creative Iteration:



Produce multiple variations (hooks, CTAs, aspect ratios) for A/B testing ad performance.

Requirements

- Strong Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing prior work in Brand Ads and UGC-style videos (Mandatory).
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
- Ad Awareness: Understanding of hooks, retention curves, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement.
- Efficiency: Ability to meet quick turnarounds without sacrificing edit quality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
