Role: Management Trainee (HR & Talent Acquisition)

Training (First Month)

- Master recruitment basics and the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
- Learn CV screening, candidate profiling, and shortlisting.
- Gain expertise in Boolean search queries and strategic sourcing techniques.
- Learn to use LinkedIn Hiring, job portals, and interview coordination.

Post-Training Responsibilities

- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability for technical and non-technical positions.
- Schedule, coordinate, and moderate candidate interviews.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines, client trackers, and recruitment databases.
- Collaborate on live client mandates under structured mentor guidance.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA Graduate.





- Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team environment.

Remuneration & Compensation

- The total annual CTC is ₹3,64,000 (3.64 LPA).
- The salary structure includes:
- Basic Salary – ₹2,02,416 per annum.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) – ₹14,748 per annum.
- Statutory Bonus – ₹16,861 per annum.
- Employer's Provident Fund (12%) – ₹21,600 per annum.
- EDLI & Administrative Charges (1%) – ₹1,800 per annum.
- Employer's ESIC (3.25%) – ₹6,579 per annum.
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) – ₹50,000 per annum.
- Retention Bonus – ₹50,000 per annum.
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Paid as per company policy and subject to achievement of performance targets.
- Retention Bonus: Payable in two installments—50% after successful completion of 12 months from the date of joining, and the remaining 50% after successful completion of 18 months from the date of joining.

Job Details

- Location: Noida, Sector 16.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Experience: Freshers
- Target Batch: MBA Graduates.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹364,000.00 per year
