Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Drive sales of insurance products by understanding clients' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Provide after-sales support to address any client inquiries or issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate the benefits of insurance products to clients.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- Negotiation and Closing:



Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and underwriters to finalize sales agreements.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs and continuing education to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and services.

Pay: ₹11,352.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
