Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY Owns vulnerability remediation across SG's RA2.0 remote-access platform built on F5 APM. High user-impact role given the platform's role in workforce access. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Triage and remediate F5 APM findings within the 24-hour SLA. Plan and execute patching with minimal user impact on remote-access services. Coordinate with identity and access management teams on policy alignment. Maintain runbooks for APM patching and emergency rollback. Contribute to high-availability patching patterns and Phase 2 automation. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Hands-on F5 APM expertise: visual policy editor, SSO, federation, network access. Strong understanding of TLS, SAML, OAuth and access-control patterns. Knowledge of high-availability F5 deployments and live-traffic patching. PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE F5 Certified Technology Specialist — Access Policy Manager. Exposure to ZTNA or comparable modern remote-access architectures. EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS 4+ years operating F5 APM at enterprise scale. Certifications: F5-CA, F5-CTS-APM. SOFT SKILLS Strong attention to user-impact during maintenance windows. Comfortable working under regulatory scrutiny. Effective collaborator with IAM teams.
