Skypass Visa Services is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Business Development Executive with hands on experience in Visit Visa processing and telephonic sales. If you have strong knowledge of international visitor visa procedures and enjoy converting enquiries into successful applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel clients regarding Visit Visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Convert leads into successful sales by providing professional visa consultation.
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients throughout the visa application process.
- Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure complete and accurate file submissions.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the latest visa regulations, embassy requirements, and travel policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Visit Visa processing or visa consultancy.




- Solid knowledge of Visit Visa procedures for countries such as the UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, USA, New Zealand, and other major destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and telephonic sales skills.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into successful clients.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
