Description

Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved BMR, SOPs, and production plans. Supervise shift operations involving reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, and other process equipment. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, EHS, and data integrity requirements. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure batch quality throughout manufacturing. Coordinate raw material dispensing, charging, sampling, filtration, drying, and packing activities. Review and complete BMRs, equipment logbooks, cleaning records, and production documentation. Ensure equipment cleaning, line clearance, and status labeling before batch commencement. Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Utilities, and EHS for smooth operations. Investigate process deviations and support OOS, OOT, and CAPA implementation. Ensure optimum yield, minimize process losses, and reduce manufacturing costs. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance. Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with 5S standards. Conduct on-the-job training for operators and contract manpower. Participate in process validation, technology transfer, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
