About the Role:

Khelo Tech & Strategy Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of sports technology solutions, working

with marquee clients such as the National Games of India, Khelo India Games, All India

Police Control Board, and international leagues. We build large-scale, mission-critical

platforms for sports management, event execution, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive

insights.

● Develop and define the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and user

needs.

● Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders, including customers,

sales, and marketing teams.

● Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and detailed

specifications for development teams.

● Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact

features.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and marketing)

to drive product development.

● Conduct data analysis to track product performance, using insights to guide product

improvements.

● Define KPIs and success metrics, monitoring product health and identifying areas for

enhancement.

● Work with UI/UX designers to ensure a user-centered design that aligns with product

goals and user expectations.

● Support go-to-market (GTM) planning by coordinating with marketing and sales on

product positioning and launch strategies.





● Act as the primary product spokesperson, presenting updates and features to

stakeholders and gathering feedback.

● Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously refine product features.

● Provide post-launch support, including user training and troubleshooting to ensure

smooth product adoption.

● Develop and maintain documentation for all aspects of the product lifecycle, ensuring

clarity and consistency.

Required Experience:

● 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology-driven

organizations.

● Proven experience in building and scaling digital platforms or SaaS products.

● Experience with sports technology projects is preferred.

● Prior experience working with government or public sector clients is preferred.

● Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to

launch and post-release optimization.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

● Solid exposure to stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership and

external clients.

● Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

● Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
