Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled ITI Fitters and Technicians to join our team in Ahmedabad. These roles are critical to maintaining and optimizing the machinery and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
✔Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
✔Assemble, install, and align current machinery as per company requirements.
✔Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
✔Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues.
✔Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
✔Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
✔Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical equipment.
✔Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.




✔Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills:

✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Education/Certifications:

✔ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Electrician, or related trades.
✔Additional certifications in mechanical maintenance or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
✔Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory.
✔Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
