Job Description – Finance Manager (Inter CA)

Position: Finance Manager (Inter CA)
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: KOCHI
Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years in Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA Inter / Inter CA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.

Accounts & Taxation

- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.




- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting & Analysis

- Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all finance-related activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Robust communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing,
- Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Audit Procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
