About the Role
Operate agriculture drones safely for crop spraying. Train other pilots when needed.

Qualifications

· Minimum 10th pass. If you have done graduation, that will be a bonus.

· DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) required.

Skills

· Able to speak and understand English and Hindi

· Comfortable learning to operate machinery and basic troubleshooting

· Knowledge of drone repair and maintenance will be a big strength

Location & Other Terms

· Travel & Accommodation: Covered by the company while on duty

· Probation Period: 4 months. Performance will be reviewed during this time before confirmation.

· Growth: Positive performers can be promoted to higher pay and senior roles.

Compensation

· Rs. 30,000 per month
