Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative R&D; Executive / R&D; Scientist to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating, developing, and improving skincare, cosmetic, and oral care products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Research, develop, and innovate new skincare, cosmetic, and oral care formulations based on market trends and customer needs.
✔Conduct stability studies, performance evaluations, and compatibility testing for new and existing products.
✔Ensure formulations comply with regulatory guidelines (FDA, BIS, and other global standards).
✔Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams for seamless product development and scale-up.
✔Maintain proper documentation of research findings, formulations, and process optimizations.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and advancements in cosmetic science.




✔Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product performance.

Requirements:

✔Education: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: 2-5 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care R&D; (Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also apply).
✔Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations, raw materials, and regulatory standards.
✔Experience in laboratory work, testing, and product evaluation.
✔Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
